At Game Shack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return is received at our warehouse.
